A bit to add to Nithin's answer. When you say Developer Support, it is actually a technical support plan which you might have opted for. See this link for details:

You might want to move to MSDN subscription if you have MSDN benefits. Based on the MSDN benefits you need to sign up to a specific offer matching your requirement as shown in
this link: http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/legal/offer-details/
Once you have this offer activated, then you can move your VM's to the newly created MSDN account by creating a
Support Ticket
which is free of cost.
