Is data secure? Computer with BitLocker but no TPM stolen, USB stick stolen also

A stolen computer without a TPM using BitLocker encryption on all disk partitions. This computer, would require a USB stick to boot. There is only one user account on the computer and it has a very strong passphrase. Unfortunately, the USB stick was also stolen. The USB stick contained the boot key but not the recovery key. The hardware has been hardened against a cold boot attack.  At the time of the theft the computer had been turned off for at least two hours. Question, is the secret data on the hard drive still secure? Please explain?

Hi,

A quick question: With the USB stick connected to the computer, could you boot the computer, logon your user account and directly access all encrypted drives? Which means, do you need to type a password to unlock all drives?

To use the computer normally, you need three things, The USB stick with the boot file. A username, and a user Password.

Hi,

We can connect the hard disk to another computer to start it as a slave disk.

However as you are using a smart card, I assume it requires a Pin code in the same time when you unlock a drive. Without the Pin code the disk will still be safe.
