Intranet website and multi-subnets
Hi, we have about 20 sites(office) around the world, we set new intranet website , this website will be replicate from Paris server to dedicated servers in each site. we need to use ONLY one Url for all these sites : http://intranet.com/ Our need is that if user in moscow, for example want to access to this URL , it's should use the local repliacted website ( local server not Paris server) I think site like goole use this technique. thank youMCSE 2003

You can leverage DNS (netmask ordering) for this, but in reality, what you probably need is a hardware loadbalancer that specializes in this area. You can do some research about F5 and Citrix NetScalers. Description of the netmask ordering feature and the round robin feature in Windows Server 2003 DNS http://support.microsoft.com/kb/842197 You can also create dedicated primary zones at each location pointing clients to resources at their sites, but this would require much more manamement of the zones.
