Internet Explorer Enhanced Security
Due to the notice of the Security Advisory 2757760 coming out for the exploit of IE, we would like to check to see if any of our servers have the Enhanced Security disabled. Is there a script of some other way to check to see if it is enabled on our server. I really dont have the time to log in to all of our servers and check one by one. Thanks

Hello, For Windows Server 2003 servers, you can read the below. This KB provides a way to turn on or turn off IE ESC through GPO. Managing Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=15013 Or, you can open a Server Manager MMC and remotely connect to another server to check the IE ESC status. You might also want to ask in Scripting forum and see if there exists a script to help. Heres one for Windows Server 2003. Verify Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration Status http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/scriptcenter/0f4ae77d-1b83-464a-b283-5fa90c2d0dba Thanks Zhang
