Intermittient total loss of network connectivity
Windows Server 2003 SBS R2 sp2 patched current Hi, in late June I applied critical MS patching and since then, about every ten days give or take, the server stops running on the network period. The server won't reboot because most of the services it provides use networking (Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, file sharing, etc,). Those services won't stop and, well, after letting it try to shutdown on its own for an hour, I hard reset it. Boot it, force an at boot disk check and reboot it again. The only thing that shows up in the logs that I can see are the services that use networking complaining about no network access. I know this is patch related and some of my collegues and clients are experiencing the same issue. Does anyone have a suggestion?Ah to be a busboy in a third world nation
