Interactive Remote Control Sessions
Hey guys, I would like to give our Help desk Techs the ability to rremote control (RDP) users workstation in order to to troubleshoot issues. is there a way to accomplish this without discconecting the local user from the session? I've articles on how to do this with terminal server sessions, but in this case I would not use a TS server, just connect to the local user workstation and share the session so that the helpdesk tech can view and interact with the local user. Thanks for your help.

you should use Microsoft's SCCM for this or else there are third party free tools like VNC etc.. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/server-cloud/system-center/configuration-manager.aspx http://www.virmansec.com/blogs/skhairuddin
