It was failed to run the My Computer, IE Explorer and Windows Clock with error message Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. 2. Apllications stopped runnung 3. But server could be pinged. 4. After rebooted the server, error was cleared and applications could run normally. 5. Found Windows event log file has crashed. Questions: 1.
