If your disk controller is not natively supported then you'll want to boot the Windows 2003 installation media. Then *F6* very early and very important (at setup is inspecting your system) in the setup to prevent drive controller detection, and select S
to specify additional drivers. Then later you'll be prompted to insert the manufacturer supplied Windows 2003 driver for your disk controller in drive "A"

Hi,
but was unable to do so
>> Whats the exact issue you got?
Technically, you should be able to install Windows Server 2003 on the computer, but you may get some issue like the Windows installation wizard cant find the hard disk. You can perform the above suggestions to solve the issue. However, you may not find
all the drivers for your devices.
By the way, Windows Server 2008 R2 has been released for a long time, its better than Windows Server 2003, why not install it on your computer?
