From your description, you want to know the location of SqlLocalDB.exe after installing SQL Server LocalDB, right?

If that is the case, assume that you have SQL Server 2012 LocalDB installed, you can find SqlLocalDB.exe at the following location on your computer. And with the SQLLocalDB utility, you can create and start instances of SQL Server LocalDB.

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\110\Tools\Binn\SQLLocalDB.exe
