Install CU6 immediately after SCOM 2012 R2 installattion - SQL script error

Hi,

I have installed SCOM 2012 R2 on 2 servers:

ServerA -> Management Server, Web Console, Console

ServerB -> Database, DWH, Reporting

No MPs imported yet.

No agents installed yet.

At executing the SQL DWH script (second script) I get the following error:

"Cannot find the object "ManagedEntityTypeManagementPackVersion" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions."

The question is:

Is it possible to install CU6 immediately after installing SCOM 2012 R2?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

You can install CU6 after you installed SCOM (don't need to install previous CUs), but not 'immediatelly'. Please check the installation intructions here : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3051169

Do you have System Administrator rights on the database instances for the Operational Database and Data warehouse ?

Thanks Julien for your response.

The SQL scripts were OK after importing MPs (Windows, IIS, etc) (no agents installed yet).
