Incorrect hotfix password
I have just requested hotfix:
KB Article Number(s): 983385
Language: All (Global)
Platform: Windows Server 2008 x64
Location: (http://hotfixv4.microsoft.com/Windows%207/WindowsServer%202008%20R2/sp1/Fix316354/7600/free/412727_intl_x64_zip.exe)
However - the password sent in the e-mail just doesn't work (I have made 2 separate requests, and am 'cut-and-pasting' the pw from mail into the dialog box) - the entry field just clears when you press 'ok' or hit return.
I have installed hotfixes before with no problem - what can be done ?

the issue surfaced yesterday in another forum (i believe hyper-v), a moderator was able to verify this and its been passed on to the hotfix department. if its urgent i guess youll have to call support, else a little patience
