Incident Request by mail
Hi All,

We have service manager 2012 R2 implemented from one of our customers. We want to configure Locked incident by email, the customer doesn't have any mail solutions.

Is this possible to use public mail service for locked incident by email in service manager Exa - Gmail, Hotmail. Can we configure any forwarder in Service Manager

It is possible to dump emails to a folder and let SCSM look in that folder and process the emails. I have never tried this solution but from what i have heard it's not the best solution but it might fit your needs.
