Incident Analyst canned report Date Filter Dropdown empty and Report won't run unless something is selected.
When on console, I click on Reports/Incident Management/Incident Analyst.
The form loads but the dropdown box for the Date Filter is empty and I can't run the report because it requires a Date Filter to be selected.
Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this.
I do not have this problem in my DEV environment, only PROD which I though was setup the same.
