I would like to detect remote desktop user or computer name to ask them logoff specified server.
We use Win2003 AD and manage several Win2003 server.
We do not have any terminal service server, only using remote desktop.
Some time remote desktop session become 2 session(max) and I can not logon to specifed server.
I tried querry session and terminal service manager.
But it seems terminal service manager do not show all remote desktop session in the domain.
I am looking for the way to detect remote desktop user or computer name to ask them logoff.
C:\Documents and Settings\unyou>query session /server:server1
ID
rdp-tcp 65536 Listen rdpwd
rdp-tcp#2 unyou 1 Active rdpwd
rdp-tcp#3 unyou 3 Active rdpwd
C:\Documents and Settings\dcunyou>query session /server:server2
ID
rdp-tcp 65536 Listen rdpwd
rdp-tcp#2 admin01 1 Active rdpwd
C:\Documents and Settings\unyou>query session /server:server3
*
server3 is usually logged in by local user not by domain user and when I get the above result of server3 , session reach max ,and I could not logon to that server .

Thank you .
I would like to know who or which device is using remote session.
Remote user might run some job or do some task, so killing or resetting session without notice is not good.
