I need help about powershell. I make some script for date format change.

A.txt has date below

Aug 21 2015 blablablabla
Nov 22 2015 blablablabla
Jun 25 2015 blablablabla
=============================

A.txt want be change below format
=============================
8/21/2015 blablablabla
11/22/2015 blablablabla
06/25/2015 blablablabla
=============================

Please help me.
