I have intsalled Windows Server 2003 R2
I have installed W2003 R2 Enterprise server (32bit) on a computer running a Raid 0 with two harddrives. The raid is running and the driver is intalled, but the server will not boot unless the install disk is in the CD drive. I get a operating system not found if I reboot with out the CD. Is there a fix for this I have re-installed serveral time with the same outcome. Everything else seems fine, I have updated the server, install java and install office and all these are working just fine. The server seems to be running ok, it just wants the CD to boot. ProfBecker

Hi, In addition to Syed, you can also check in BIOS boot order for RAID controller. Thanks.

Hi, If the issue persists, it can be caused due to corrupt MBR, Boot Code or file system. You can run Fixmbr, Fixboot and Chkdsk on the server from Recovery Console for troubleshooting. For more information, please refer to the following link: How To Use the Recovery Console on a Windows Server 2003-Based Computer That Does Not Start http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326215 Thanks.
