I can able to open the add or remove programs tab , But List of install softwares are not listing.
Hi Friend, In Server is running with Windows server 2003 Ent R1, But in the server "I can able to open the add or remove programs tab , But List of install softwares are not listing(It is taking more time i.e. nearly more than 1 Hour)" Can any one please suggest how to resolve this issue. Regards

Start with updating the service pack and make sure server has latest patches. run sfc /scannow logged on local admin and see if that makes difference. I would agree with Santhosh. Running sfc /scannow should fix system DLL if you have a corruption. Please also run chkdsk /r /f. You can also perform a clean boot and check again (Maybe you have something in conflict): support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 Once done, reboot your system and check again.
