Hi, If that is a domain hopefully you have an additional admin account so you can reset the administrator password. You can try on your own risk http://home.eunet.no/pnordahl/ntpasswd/ or http://www.petri.co.il/forgot_administrator_password.htm If you have no other administrator account, there is no Microsoft recommended way to reset the administrative passwords. This is designed for improving the OS security. Thanks for your understanding.
