Enviroment: Windows 7 Spanish - Powershell 3

I try to execute:

update-help -Force -Verbose -UICulture es-ES

But, It reports an error that It can't update because there are no references for this UICulture

I try it with en-US UICulture,

update-help -Force -Verbose -UICulture en-US

But it doesn't work .

Help Me, please.

That is correct.  Only English is available at this time.

You also must be an administrator and run elevated.

Finally I follow this steps and work for me.

Not Spanish help, at least offline-help.
