I have installed ISA 2004 Standard Edition of my server. I have a folder called the share folder, which has all the staff daily files, they had access to the files, but after installing ISA Server we are not able to have access to the sharefolder, even not through RUN \\192.168.1.1. Please help me regarding this issue, cause I do not have much knowledge of ISA Server.

Hi, Have you created firewall rules in the ISA console to allow incoming file share (SMB) request from internal network to Local host?

I only installed it, I was facing FTP problems, I fixed that, I just want to know the Name of Protocol used for this job.

Hi, It should be Microsoft CIFS(TCP) and Microsoft CIFS(UDP) which Windows file sharing is based on.
