I've been trying to get a test server to encrypt and use data integrity by applying IPsec GPO. Because the GPO was not applying to the workstation, I went ahead and created an IPsec policy locally on the workstation. I then ran IPSec Diagnostic Tool on the workstation and it showed that the policies were in effect but no secuirty associations were being established. I double checked the type of encryption and data integrity for both server and client policies to make sure they were identical. The firewalls on both server and client are turned off. Any help in figuring out what to do, would be appreciated. Thanks
