When I take a report from ERP Software  from my pc , ip address gets stuck , hence i have to change Ip address each time , why is this so..

What is meant by this? What ERP software?

I want to confirm with you that if the ERP software you mentioned means Enterprise Resource Planning software.

I am not sure what the ip address gets stuck exactly mean. it is better to contact the ERP supporter to confirm with this error.

If it indicates IP conflict, you may confirm your internal scopes on DHCP server and make sure that this IP address is reserved for specific device. 

Except for the ERP report error, is there any problem or error message by Windows Server system itself? You may run BPA(best practice Analyzer) for each installed role and confirm the result. 

Or you may check Event Viewer and confirm that if any related event has been logged.
