IP address of machine
Is there a file somewhere in the windows OS (2000,2003) where I can review the past IP addresses that were used. I have a machine where the NIC was wipe out so I no longer know what the IP addresses were. The DNS lookup doesn't show me what I need. I have about 3 IP addresses set for that particular NIC. Thanks, Tnt

Check the information here : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\{Adapter}\Parameters\Tcpip {Adapter} is something like {xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx} on the registry tree.

Note : if the IP addresses were DHCP, forget about trying to find out what addresses you had on the NIC.

As Voldar said, you may not able to find it as most IP addresses are assigned by DHCP which will not be saved on local.
