Even though I have checked the "Enable Logging" box, IIS is not creating the .log files. Not sure what the problem is. I do have to use the IIS 6.0 manager to configure the virtual SMTP service. I don't know if the 7.0 manager even can. The SMTP server is sending messages, it's just not logging.
