IIS Install But Page Not Found
Hi, I am just starting to learn ASP.NET and need to install IIS on my Windows 7. I followed your tutorial and opened up Turn on Windows Feature and checked on Internet Information Services, and restarted the computer. My main page is iistart.html, but when I fired up the IE browser and typed in http://localhost, I get 404 error. What else do I need to do to get IIS installed properly? And, if I do, what else do I need to do to get ASP.NET pages to work other than HTML? Thanks for your help.
