IIS Application recycling
HiWhat is the reason to set an IIS Application recycling interval? We have a Windows Server 2008. On the "DefaultAppPool" there is a recycling interval of 1740 min set by default. My problem is, that every time the DefaultAppPool tries to recycle, I receive the following warning in the eventlog:EventID: 5013 Source: WASDescription: A process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' exceeded time limits during shut down. The process id was '4180'.Because we use SCOM, this warning comes up every day. Shall I remove the recycling interval, or overwrite this warning in SCOM?Thanks and regardsPeter
