I just re-installed PHP but I can't get IIS to save the Application Extension Mapping for PHP. I've entered the details "C:\Program Files\PHP\php5isapi.dll" with the extension etc, but when i click "OK" it doesn't do anything (no accept, no fail, just nothing).
