IIS 7 and CGI support
Hi, I have been trying to get CGI files with a .cgi extention to load on my web server, running Windows Server 2008 beta 3 Enterprise, but I get the following message: "The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME) map policy that is configured on the Web server. The page you requested has a file name extension that is not recognized, and is not allowed". I have heard IIS 7 is soppost to have built-in support for CGI programs, but I cant seem to load them. On my old web server I needed to download a program called FastCGI to get them to work. How do I use CGI pages with IIS 7? PS, sorry for the double post, I pressed the wrong button while typing and didnt notice the post went through already.
