IIS 6 - ServerGotRequest vs ServerBeginResponse
Analyzing a Fiddler session we noticed that almost 98% of the overall elapsed time was included between ServerGotRequest and ServerBeginResponse.
Example:
ACTUAL PERFORMANCE
--------------
ClientConnected: 13:54:21:7882
ClientDoneRequest: 13:54:21:7882
Gateway Determination: 0ms
DNS Lookup: 0ms
TCP/IP Connect: 0ms
ServerGotRequest: 13:54:21:7882
ServerBeginResponse: 13:54:24:0851
ServerDoneResponse: 13:54:24:1007
ClientBeginResponse: 13:54:24:1007
ClientDoneResponse: 13:54:24:1320
Overall Elapsed: 00:00:02.3437950
I could'nt find any article explain it why this occurs.
