IIS 6.0 show internal error 500 when calling asp/aspx webpage
Dear all,The server was setup for three years but it often shows error when calling the webpage with asp/aspx recently. Any ideas? The web site, is run with application pool isolated?Or default? You can write the security the web site (tab security, windows auth. anonymus,ecc).? Thank's Valerio

Valerio,Thanks for your reply!No. It ran from another application pool I created. So, the normal http service is still functional (i.e., normal html page is using the default application pool) during the time.Actually, the vd is connecting to the data (source code) by UNC path to our network file server. A domain account was created for this connection (by changing the "connect as..." to my domain account). This account has the read permission in the file server like normal anonymous account does.Besides, both the applicaion pool I created and the default applocation pool are using "Network Service" specified in "Identity".
