I think you need to add the site to your trusted sites in Internet Explorer Options Deli

Hello, Animations are disabled by default in IE on windows server. To enable it again: Open Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Select Advanced tab -> under Multimedia section -> checks Play animations in WebPages. Then apply this settings and restart your Internet Explorer.
