i have a windows server 2003 domain & forest functional level. i am wanting to deploy IE8 to my users but i need to be able to use the compatibility view settings via Group Policy to push out some settings, currently i do not see the compatibility view settings options in my GPMC. i have read about uploading the inetres.adm for IE. where is that file located? do i just copy that from a client workstation XP machine (c:\windows\ie8)? i am planning on adding a windows server 2008 R2 DC later on this year but i need to implement these changes as soon as possible. currently we are all windows xp, but are planning on moving to win 7 later this year. is there anything else i should do to make sure this all works? thanks
