I am setting up a Virtual Machine for the first time in Windows 10, to create a Virtual XP machine to run a couple old programs. I'm trying to determine if it will run in the same manner as Windows 7 where it works well.

I am running into the error "Hyper-V encountered an error while configuring the network. I'm running as an Administrator and the VMM service is running.

This is a brand new setup of Windows 10, with essentially no other apps or programs installed.

Any ideas what is missing? Can't upload photos until my account is verified.
