Hyper-V 2012 cluster validation fails testing Disks

I am trying to creat a Hyper-V cluster using SCVMM, but I cannot get passed the validation. Everytime it tries to test the cluster it fails with the following error at 95%:

Two disks have been found on node adl-hpv-001-d.domain.local with duplicate disk
signatures. The disks involved are physical disk 0 and physical disk 1. There
may be a Multipath I/O (MPIO) problem such as the software is not installed or
is not working properly. If MPIO is not involved, or MPIO has been verified as
working, you must either mask one of these disks off at this node, or run
validation and specify a disk list that includes only one of these disks, for
example by using the Test-Cluster cmdlet in Windows PowerShell.

The 2 nodes are running Hyper-V server 2012

The storage is presented by multiple Fibre paths as shown below, I've tried re-creating the LUNs but nothing seems to work. I am hoping to get this running with the wview to migrate from VMware, but at this stage it's hard to prove my case. any hlep here would be appreciated
