Hi,Can you please provide some more information like Operating System, Hardware etc.How you chkdsk if it is getting hung while booting?
Have you installed any specific driver or patch just after you installed OS? If yes then have you tried "Last known good configuration"
Please revert so I can help you much.

Hello,Hi,
In order to narrow down the cause of
the issue more efficiently, please refer to the following steps to
perform a Clean Boot and restart the problematic server in Safe Mode to
see if the issue will re-occur
Step 1: Perform a Clean Boot
1. Click "Start", go to "Run", and type "msconfig" in the open box to start the System Configuration Utility.
2. Click the "Services" tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box and click Disable All (if it is not gray).
3. Click the "Startup" tab, click "Disable All" and click "OK".
4. restart your computer. When the "System Configuration Utility" window appears, please check the box and click "OK".
Step 2: Reboot to Safe Mode
1. Restart your computer and start
pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured
for booting to multiple Operating Systems, you can press the F8 key
when you see the boot menu.
2. When the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, select Safe Mode, and then press Enter.
3. Log onto Windows by using the Administrator account or any user account with the Administrator privileges.
Please note: In Safe Mode, your system display and desktop will look and perform differently than in Normal Mode.
Please try the above steps and let me
know the results at your earliest convenience. If there are any
questions or concerns, feel free to let me know. It's my pleasure to be
of assistance.
Step 3. If
possible, please also temporally disable Symantec Backup Exec 12 client
and Forefront Client Security on the problematic server and check if
the issue will re-ocurr.

Hi,
For booting hang problem, we need to analyze the crash dump file and troubleshoot it. Unfortunately, it is not effective for us to debug the crash dump file here in the forum. Therefore, I would like to suggest that you contact Microsoft Customer Service and Support (CSS) via telephone so that a dedicated Support Professional can assist with your request.
To obtain the phone numbers for specific technology request please take a look at the web site listed below:

Here, I am also glad to share with you my suggestion.
Some applications and services may have impact on system booting process. As syed suggested, you can perform "last good configuration" and clean boot to remove 3rd party services and application to test the result.
