I downloaded Windows6.1-KB2483139-x64-en-US.exe and excueted, lp.cab appear and disapper. Do I need to ISO file ? I use Japanese and would like to install English lang pack.

Hello, Actually you dont need to download the whole ISO file. When you double click Windows6.1-KB2483139-x64-en-US.exe, it should automatically launches the Language Pack install window (if the window does not launch, try right click the .exe and select Run as Admin). If not, go to Control Panel - Clock, Language, and Region Install or uninstall display language. Browse to the lp.cab and it should install the language pack successfully. Thanks Zhang
