How to install Windows Server 2008 R2 with Service Pack 1 using the ISO
Make the ISO bootable using the Windows bootbale USB tool in the link below. It works great. Good luck. http://www.michaelhanley.org/blog/2009/12/install-windows-7-or-windows-server-2008-r2-using-a-usb-key.html

you will have to burn the .ISO images using software's like Nero OF FREE ISO Burner. Here is the complete procedure to be followed in the provided link below. How ever if you are running the Virtualization you can directly mount .iso images without burning them. http://www.petri.co.il/how_to_write_iso_files_to_cd.htm http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/ht/burnisofile.htmhttp://www.arabitpro.com

I downloaded an iso to to give Windows Server 2008 R2 with Service Pack 1 a go. See http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/dd459137.aspx. But how to install? The iso is not bootable so how is this typically installed? There is no OS on the machine so I need a iso that can do it all.
