Hi, se the BIOS to boot from the CD and install it like you install any other OS. it's nothing different unless if you have a Hrdware RAID, in that case you might need to install the RAID drivers first. once it's installed, install the device drivers. if you cannot find drivers specific to Server 2003, then try the XP drivers. it'll work. Hello, I would recommend installing it as a VM with Virtual PC 2007 (If it is a 64 bit OS then use VMWARE Workstation). Like that you will avoid drivers problems. If you still want to install it directly then I would recommend checking first that the used drivers to use are available. You can also try to use XP drivers. all the new lap tops doesnt requires to set the boot device from the bios. As a matter of fact you can press F12 and select the boot option directly http://www.virmansec.com/blogs/skhairuddin

Check this wiki article. Make sure your enabled VT in BIOS. Generally i3 processors supports virtualization. Install Windows 2008 R2 and enable Hyper-v Role on host machine, create a virtual machine and start installing with Windows 2003 in a guest machine. Before installing the Windows 2008 R2, check the supported drivers on vendor website. If your using windows 7, then install virtual PC software or use any third party virtaulization software. Thanks
