Windows Server 2003 SP1 Slipstreaming http://www.petri.co.il/windows_2003_sp1_slipstreaming.htm Could it be possible that the problem with booting is not due to the CD, but simply that your BIOS settings are not set correctly in regards to making the CD/DVD a higher priority than the Hard Drive. Since the Hard Drive already has an OS, if it is higher in priority that the CD, your computer will not boot from CD in this case.Visit my blog: anITKB.com, an IT Knowledge Base.

Hello Rod, Could it be possible that the problem with booting is not due to the CD, but simply that your BIOS settings are not set correctly in regards to making the CD/DVD a higher priority than the Hard Drive. Since the Hard Drive already has an OS, if it is higher in priority that the CD, your computer will not boot from CD in this case. As Jorge mentioned, check BIOS settings to see if it can help us boot from CDROM first. Or we will need to manually create a bootable CD.
