Help me please with a commands. Tried to find information by myself, but no success.

Subject: Office 365

I want to make script, that checking status of "mailbox delegation->full access" in all my shared mailboxes, and if it not empty export the list to excel(need also the names of the people).

Also make the same for "mailbox features->mail flow".

If you know some guide to learn Powershell, send please a link.
