How to enable remotefx when use Remote Desktop ActiveX control?

i create one application using "Remote Desktop ActiveX control" to connect host server, remotefx is disable.

is there some API can be used to enable remotefx feature?

(if I just use remote desktop connection to access host server, remotefx feature will be running) 

"Remote Desktop ActiveX control" will be used in one application in win7 client .

server is WinServer2008 R2 sp1.

i already installed and remotefx can be enabled when i use remote desktop connection to access host server.

but when i use remote desktop activex control to access host server, remotefx cannot work.
