Do you know any event ID/logs via event viewer which would lead me to identify if the RAM of the server is faulty/bad?

There would not be an event log entry for this. This one may help.

The easiest way to start is to use the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool
built into Windows. To get to it, open Control Panel and then click on
Administrative Tools.
You can also open Control Panel and just type the word memory into the search box. Youll see a link to
diagnose your computers memory problems.
