How to deploy Trusted Root Certificate Authority certificate?

Hello,

I'm importing one .pfx file (related to 3rd party software) to user with certutil -importPFX command on my logon script.
At first login, user gets Security Warning during logon if he or she wants to trust 3rd part CA. When user accepts, two certificates are installed. One to Trusted Root Certificate Authorities container and one to user's personal store.
My goal is to tell my workstations, that: "this particular 3rd party CA is trusted, don't ask me anymore if I want to trust it or not". Could someone help me out with this?
