Is there any way to create custom management pack so that i can retrieve data of my own requirement.

Just be aware that SCOM is not an asset management or configuration management tool - Microsoft has SCCM for that. If you start collecting lots of data then you might start to see performance issues.

Having said that, if you want to take this route then you'll need to create your own classes and discoveries and ultimately rules and monitors.
