How to configure firewall for Passive FTP (Non-SSL)
I set up a Non SSL FTP server in IIS 7.5, and updated the Data Channel Port Range
And added a Firewall entry:
But I still cannot connect using passive mode.
I tried adding the built-in FTP rules (FTP Server Passive and FTP Server), but I cannot even connect to the ftp server with those rules. I can only connect if I create from scratch.
I was able to connect in Passive mode if I open all the ports, but I guess that defeats the purpose of having a firewall in the first place.
So the question is how can I set the port ranges in the firewall to access using PASV mode?
Thanks in advance.
