How to configure Server 2008 enterprise edition server

I have Juniper SRX100 that handles my routing role, DHCP, DNS and as my defaulth gateway. Then i want to connect HP server machine ruining server 2008 enterprise edition to the network so that i can have my client system connected to the server Domain and
share domain files. But my problem is that i dont know how to configure the network interface on the server machine to that.
I just want the server machine to handle the role of Domain environment and file sharing for all the client system while the Juniper SRX100 do DHCP, DNS , Defaulth gateway. Please help me am new to I.T Profession and need to solve this problem in the office.
Total client in my network is 35.

Hello,
Please proceed like that:

Promote the DC and make it a DNS serverMake sure that the DC has one IP address in use and one NIC card enabled (All other ones should be disabled)Make the DC points to its private IP address as primary DNS server and 127.0.0.1 as secondary one
Once done, run ipconfig /registerdns and restart netlogon on the DC.
As a DNS forwarder, you can add the IP address of your other DNS server if you want that DNS queries for DNS domains on which your DC is not authoritative will be sent to your gateway.
For clients, make them point to your DC as primary DNS server.
