Hi, The information is not enough for our troubleshooting, please help to clarify the following questions first. 1. Are the Domain Controllers in the same Domain? If they are in different Domains, we have to take Trust between Domains into account. 2. Is there any detailed error message when trying to collect performance counters information using "net use"? 3. Do you have Administrator or proper permission on client system? To view performance log, a user must have the following permissions on remote computer: If the systemroot is on an NTFS partition, you must have at least Read access to the following two files: %SystemRoot%\System32\Perfc009.dat %SystemRoot%\System32\Perfh009.dat You must have at least Read access to the following registry keys on the remote computer: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurePipeServers\winreg HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Perflib You must have Full access to the following registry key on the remote computer: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\ servicename \performance where servicename is the name of the service on the remote computer that you want to monitor. For more information about capture data from a remote system, please refer to the following article: How to capture performance data from a remote Windows 2000 computer using System Monitor http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811237/ Thanks
