How to build SLA dashboard for server availabilty using some formula ?

One of our customer is not happy with the availability reports. He has a formula to calculate SLA for server availability. There are 4000 agent and would like to see a dashboard report resulting from his SLA formula. How can I design a distributed application or SLA Dashboard to achieve this.

The formula is

For Example:

We have 31 days of the month So Total Hours : 24 X 31 = 744 hrs. Actual Unplanned Downtime (Outage) : 1 Hour. Planned Downtime : 10 hrs per week = 10 X 4 (weeks) = 40 hours
