How to back up me (a one-man IT dept)?
I run a one man IT dept. It's mostly a Windows operation supporting 30 workstations, Sql Server, Exchange Server, IIS running both static and web apps, file servers, Backup Exec, anti-virus, Active Directory, and a Linux firewall. I need an organization
that can be called when I'm not available. (Note that I'm not looking to farm out services, upgrade services, etc. Things are going fine -- I've been doing this for years.) I simply need a backup for me. How would I go about finding this
organization? Would I need to enter into some agreement, or are there plenty of these organizations available where I could just have a couple on a list for our company to call should the need arise?
Thanks.

Tiger Li,
In my question, I'm clearly looking for a person to back me up.
I specifically said I'm not asking to outsource services.
You responded to say I should look to outsource it all out.
Plus you had links to the latest sales pitch for outsourcing it all out.
In summary....
Me: Things are fine, everyone's happy, I just need a backup person.
You: Have someone else take over the entire operation.
With all due respects, this is not helpful.
