Hello,

>>We can do groups first how can I create windows Group account for all 10 Members?

Log into windows ..click on server manager...expand configuration..Local users and groups...RK on groups and select new group...Create a new group and add members you want to add.

>>How to add Windows login to SQL server.

Log inot SQL server as administrator...expand security..logins..RK on login and New login...Click radio button Windows Authentication..Select users and group windows occur..select Object type and then select Group...Then type the name of group and click OK.

If security is main feature I would like you to create individual login for each member in Windows and then grant each login access to SQL server
